When personal and professional merge, my daughter, Carly Holdridge utilized our tool for her senior project and was able to present it to two different cities, City of Frisco and CITY OF WESTFIELD MA as an option to help them analyze the real estate in their cities. I literally gave her a 10 minute tutorial and she said, "I got it". Inspired by this next generation. She will be attending ICSC as well and graduating in December.

On a personal note, I'm excited to share about the incredible opportunity my son has recently received after graduating from the US Coast Guard Academy. Not only is he getting to play lacrosse for them, but he's also now in their flight school program. This was not something he had originally considered as a path for college, but it's been an amazing experience. See below, one of my son's former teammates, who is already a helicopter pilot, recently participated in a rescue mission that you may have read about. It's inspiring to see the impact these young men and women are making in their service to our country.
