At Humanidei we don’t just place executives, we build leadership. It was a delight to make my first trip to Alaska this week and join the Alaska Credit Union League as a speaker on Best Practices for Effective Boards at their 50th annual meeting! Some best practices from them? Mark B. and his team did an incredible job as hosts, creating a really fun sense of community. I especially admired their rising stars program that brought leaders in with a curated program that encouraged them to introduce themselves and get to know others in the room. I was delighted to meet Rafael Lim who told me wonderful things about his former and my current coworker Sonya Watkins, CDR.Thank you, Credit Union 1 Alaska and all!
