Current information
Saturday, 20 July 2024: Badenburg closed from 2.30 pm
Due to an event, the Badenburg, one of the small palaces at Nymphenburg Park, will only be open until 2.30 pm on 20 July 2024.
Unfortunately, the Antechamber, the Bedroom and the Lacquer Cabinet in the Electress's Apartment (Rooms 11-13) in Nymphenburg Palace are currently closed to the public for restoration. The reopening of the rooms is planned for autumn 2024.
We ask for your understanding for the restrictions.

Photography and filming
Taking pictures for private use (only with the usual hand-held cameras and without light and tripod etc.) does not require a permit. Photo and film shoots for further use as well as the flying of drones / multicopters are basically subject to approval and charges. Here you will find information on photography permits / film permits. We regret that wedding shoots inside the buildings are not possible.

Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available in the ticket office area of Nymphenburg Palace and on the square in front of the main palace.
Bulky items
Bulky items may not be taken into the palace. Lockers are available for large bags, rucksacks etc. No liability can be accepted for items deposited in lockers.
Food / beverages
Food and beverages may not be taken into the museum rooms.
Dogs
Dogs and other pets are not allowed in any of the buildings. We cannot offer supervision for animals brought along. Please keep dogs on an lead in the park.
Gondola rides on the central canal of the palace park
During the summer season (April to October) gondola rides are offered on the middle channel when the weather is fine. The trips take place spontaneously or by reservation. Further information is available at www.gondel-nymphenburg.de.
